All Schools Petanque Tournament.
Every year the Alliance Française d’Auckland and the Auckland Pétanque Association organise the All Schools Pétanque Tournament held at Herne Bay Pétanque Club. Around 20 schools and nearly 200 students compete for the 1st prize.
French Concours Oral
At the end of August, every year, students from year 11, year 12 and year 13 can test their level of French and win a trip to New caledonia or France. It is a fierce competition but everyone enjoys it and is very motivated for the 1st prize !
