September.
Join us for Vinyasa Yoga with Delphine, a certified yoga teacher, every Monday morning and Friday evening starting this September. Delphine
will guide you through a dynamic and flowing practice, perfect for beginner levels. Whether you're looking to start your week with energy or
unwind at the end of the week, these sessions offer the ideal blend of movement and mindfulness, right here at the Alliance!
What is Yoga Vinyasa? Vinyasa, often called "flow" yoga, is a dynamic practice where breath and movement are
synchronized, creating a smooth, dance-like sequence.
What is the session structure of the session?
Sessions are 1 hour long and are structured as follows:
Meditation/Pranayama: 5 to 10 min
Asanas (postures): 40 to 50 min
Savasana (relaxation): 5 to 10 min
Please note you will need to provide your own yoga mat for these sessions.
We limit the sessions to 4 participants to ensure you get the most relaxation out of these yoga
sessions.
