Experience the all-new French Intensive Class at Alliance Française, a new program designed to be completed over two weeks

There are 3 levels available, A1.1 which will allow you to dive into French beginner classes, A2.1. & B1.4. There will also be intensives for conversation classes these spring holidays!

The two immersive weeks combine experienced instructors, and a supportive environment to ensure accelerated language acquisition.

If you'd like to challenge yourself and progress quickly, this program is made for you!
Embrace an intensive learning challenge where grammar, listening comprehension, and vocabulary expansion await you in the evening sessions. 

From Monday 30th of September to Friday 11th of October - 6pm to 8pm

A1 Beginner

A1.1 Course

Intensive Classes

Throughout this course, you will: 

  • Learn French basics and greetings
  • Master self-introductions: age, occupation, origin, residence, languages spoken. 
  • Prompt others for self-introductions
  • please check the curriculum here

This class is step 1 of 4 towards DELF A1 (Official French Examination).

A2 Intermediate

A2.1 Course

Intensive Classes

The topics you will cover in this class are:

  • Saying what sport you play
  • Talking about the future
  • Expressing a decision
  • Giving advice
  • Talking about goals

B1 Advanced

B1.4 Course

Over two terms, the topics you will cover in this class are:

  • Express wishes/intentions
  • Talk about causes and consequences
  • Talk about your hobbies
  • Talk about new technologies in health
  • Talk about future
  • Talk about sports and wellbeing
  • Talk about reading
  • Express your taste in art
  • Describe a piece of art
  • Write a biography

Conversation Advanced Course

Intensive Classes

If you want to improve your spoken French, we’ll give you plenty of opportunities to participate in realistic French conversations in a relaxed atmosphere.

You’ll polish your French speaking skills through relevant and interesting discussion topics on French culture and contemporary issues as presented in authentic articles and videos from the French press.

B1/B2 INTENSIVE

If you want to improve your spoken French, we’ll give you plenty of opportunities to participate in realistic French conversations in a relaxed atmosphere.
